Surprise~!

so im alittle late on the followup post from the last time. my apologies.

anywayz, the surprise that i mentioned the last time, here it is:



my new phone - the Samsung U600. tres beau non?

i cant believe the beauty and functionality of this phone. it's hardly half the thickness of my old nokia 7360 and does so much more. it looks a whole lot different too. the 7360 was nice. the U600 is more masculine. and did i mention my new toy is bloody thin?

damage to my pocket - $539

BUT.........let me state that my final investment in this phone is a projected figure of $59 which will be spread over the phone's projected lifespan of 12mths which equates to a nice round number of only $5/mth. here's the breakdown:
$200 - GST Credits (for the non-sg pple, this equates to money falling from the sky)
$200 - Phone's projected trade-in value after 12mths
$80 - Trade in value of my 7360
= $480

which leaves $59 as a loss. which i consider very cheap for such a phone. not to mention, my 7360 was practically free. i paid $78 when i bought it and traded it in for $80.

im a genius i say.

not much time. so i guess i will have to be brief.

- has anyone noticed how small items/things/events have alot of potential to cause big effects? more 2mrw. hopefully ill have a nice surprise to blog abt 2mrw. if not then the next post will most probably be this wkend.
