The Weekend in Review

so the wkend was kinda fun......went to watch cinderella man with J......the show's great.......abt the life of a boxer, James Braddock, a must see.......how he went from top dog, to underdog and back again to top dog..........but i guess the main draw of the show lies in the man's spirit to not give up and to provide for his family no matter wat.........

managed to sneak into the cinema thru the exit with J, and had to hide in the toilet till the showtime.........not that we had no tickets, we paid for the tickets........but.......all in the name of spontaneity.......

now that i think of it, i have no idea y we bothered to hide also........

so now we have a pair of full un-torn tickets as souvenirs for our efforts.......

That's my new T43 Thinkpad.........well....not exactly mine totally.........sharing it with my mum........she needs a new one to replace her current dinosaur of a notebook........and since she only uses it at nite, i get ot use it during the day.......got it for a really good price........im surprised it was that cheap........got an extra 512mb of ram to bring the total up to 1gig and the price didnt even break 2.5k....

being a student aint that bad afterall....... :)



that's a bamboo plant........sitting on my desk.......jus thought i shld have some green in my room to liven things up abit.......tho i dunno how long it's gonna stay green.......

got some questions tho.......i aint got green fingers.....

do plants need sunlight specifically or will normal light jus do? cos light from my window doesnt hit the desk, so think it might jus turn yellow, shrivel up and die soon if i dun find light for it..........

can i use vodka instead of water? :D
