blogging on location from the student computer room.......

yea, ive done it before.......but this time it's different..........i aint using the sch's computer.....

im doing it from a spanking new IBM Thinkpad T43 :)

nah, it's not mine......the notebook belongs to my mum's.........jus bought it today at a student price for her to replace her old notebook..........of course ill be getting perks for this as well.......

i remember the last time i felt so convenienced by something was when the mobile phone came out........now with this new notebook.........it's unbelieveably.........convenient........almost enlightening and yes, very empowering.........

k lah, maybe it's the geek in me speaking.........but the thought of having almost instant and ready access to vast amounts of information is enuf to gimme a high.......

really........imagine this, wanna know wat's good to eat? pull up my list of sg's eating places........wanna know showtimes? the net has it.........i can work on my FYP while attending lectures, solving the lecturer inefficiency prob.........wat's the latest gadgets? the net has it........what's happening in the world? BBC, CNN, Reuters all at my fingertips..........

not to mention the ability to surf to victoria's secret website during lectures......... :p

msn during lectures with my proj mates and stuff.........the amount of things that a person can do with a notebook and a campus wide wireless connection is really jus too vast.......

infomation is power and power, it'll give anyone the mother of all highs.......
