jus found out today that i do not need to vote........cos im in a walkover GRC.........had initially thought im in either east coast or aljunied GRC.......both of which have contests going on.....

just when i thought for once my drawing a cross would mean something other than winning or losing a game of tic-tac-toe..........damn.......
